O3Lift Contour™

Body sculpting, lymphatic movement, and visible refinement.

O3Lift Contour™ is a four-phase body treatment designed to work sequentially with circulation, fat mobilization, lymphatic movement, and tissue tone. Each phase prepares the body for the next, creating a treatment that goes beyond a single modality.

The O3Lift Contour™ Method

Four phases. One integrated treatment.

O3Lift Contour™ combines mechanical vibration, oxygen sauna therapy, mechanical lymphatic cupping, and localized cooling into one carefully sequenced treatment. The goal is to mobilize stored fat, support lymphatic movement, improve circulation, and leave the body looking smoother, firmer, and more defined.

What makes the sequence different?

O3Lift Contour™ is not simply four treatments placed together. The phases are designed to work in succession, beginning with activation and mobilization, moving into lymphatic drainage, and finishing with localized cooling and refinement.

01

Mobilize

Vibration and heat increase circulation and help prepare tissue for the mobilization of stored fat and metabolic byproducts.

02

Move

Mechanical lymphatic cupping follows anatomical drainage pathways to encourage the movement of lymph toward central lymphatic basins.

03

Refine

A localized cold finish constricts superficial vasculature and completes the treatment with a firm, refreshed, more toned feel.

The Four Phases

The O3Lift Contour™ Sequence

01
15 Minutes · Vibration Activation

Vibration Plate

The treatment begins with mechanical vibration to increase microcirculation and activate the skeletal muscle pump. This prepares the tissues for the phases that follow and encourages circulation and lymphatic movement before the body enters the oxygen sauna.

02
Approximately 15 Minutes · Oxygen Sauna

Ozone Sauna Therapy

The ozone sauna combines controlled heat with activated oxygen exposure. The increased temperature promotes circulation while the ozone component is used to support oxygen utilization and cellular metabolic activity. This phase is designed to encourage the breakdown and mobilization of stored triglycerides into free fatty acids, making them available for the body’s normal metabolic and elimination pathways.

03
Approximately 20 Minutes · Mechanical Lymphatic Cupping

Mechanical Cupping Therapy

This is not conventional hand-held cupping. O3Lift Contour™ uses a specialized mechanical cupping system that provides controlled, gentle suction while the cups are moved along the anatomical pathways of lymphatic drainage.

The cups are guided from the periphery toward central lymphatic basins. Pressure remains light so that the superficial lymphatic capillaries are not compressed. The purpose of this phase is to support the movement of lymph, helping the body move what has been mobilized during the preceding phases.

04
Cold Hammer Finish

Localized Cooling

The treatment concludes with localized cooling. The cold constricts superficial vasculature and provides a firming, tightening finish to the treated area. It leaves the skin feeling refreshed while completing the four-phase contouring sequence.

Why the sequence matters.

The body does not treat circulation, fat mobilization, lymphatic movement, and tissue tone as completely separate processes. O3Lift Contour™ is designed around the relationship between them.

First, the tissues are activated. Heat and oxygen therapy then support circulation and the mobilization of stored fat. Mechanical lymphatic cupping follows, using controlled suction and anatomical movement to encourage lymph toward central drainage pathways. Finally, localized cooling provides the finishing contraction and refinement.

The result is a treatment designed to do more than simply make the body sweat or temporarily change its appearance. O3Lift Contour™ works through a deliberate rhythm of activation, mobilization, lymphatic movement, and refinement.

Who is O3Lift Contour™ for?

Body Contouring

For people looking to improve the appearance of body contour, definition, and overall tissue tone.

Cellulite & Skin Texture

Designed to support smoother-looking skin and a more refined appearance in areas affected by cellulite and uneven texture.

Swelling & Lymphatic Congestion

The lymphatic phase is particularly useful for people who experience a feeling of heaviness, puffiness, or fluid congestion.

Post-Treatment Body Care

O3Lift Contour™ may also be incorporated into individualized body-care programs following certain cosmetic procedures, according to the client’s needs and appropriate timing.
