Look better.
Feel better.
Live differently.
Aesthetics, acupuncture, nervous-system care, pain recovery and transformational work — brought together in one practice.
Not one modality. Not one layer of you.
My work has evolved far beyond a traditional acupuncture practice.
I work across skin, pain, recovery, aesthetics, nervous-system regulation, trauma patterns and personal transformation, choosing the tools that fit the person in front of me rather than forcing every problem into one treatment model.
That may mean fractional RF or microneedling for the skin, electroacupuncture for pain, cosmetic acupuncture for the face, cupping for muscular tension, nervous-system work for chronic dysregulation, or deeper coaching when the problem is no longer simply physical.
Different problems require different tools.
My practice sits at the intersection of modern aesthetics, acupuncture, physical recovery and nervous-system care.
Advanced Aesthetics
Skin rejuvenation focused on collagen, texture, firmness, pores, tone and the overall quality of the skin.
Pain & Physical Recovery
Acupuncture, electroacupuncture, frequency needling, cupping and other hands-on approaches for pain, tension, injury and physical recovery.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Facial acupuncture integrated with contemporary skin-focused treatments for clients who want to work with the face without reducing facial rejuvenation to a single technique.
Nervous System & Trauma
Trauma-informed work focused on autonomic regulation, attachment patterns, chronic activation, shutdown, dissociation and the body’s learned responses to threat.
Brainspotting & NLP
Focused work with perception, identity, emotional learning and deeply established patterns that continue to shape present-day experience.
Integrative Wellness
O3 sauna, body recovery strategies and individualized treatment combinations designed around what you are actually trying to accomplish.
The face does not age in one layer.
Skin texture, collagen, muscle tension, circulation, connective tissue and facial movement all contribute to what we see in the mirror.
That is why I use more than one approach.
I care about what actually changes.
Start with the problem.
I am not interested in fitting every client into the same protocol simply because it is the treatment I happen to offer.
I want to know what is bothering you, what you want to change, what has already been tried, and which tissue, system or pattern we are actually trying to influence.
From there, treatment becomes much more precise.
Clinical training. Broader perspective.
My background spans acupuncture and Chinese medicine, aesthetics, trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness and behavior change.

Brainspotting

Mindfulness
Mindfulness-based coaching and approaches to attention, regulation and behavior change.
NLP
NLP-informed coaching focused on language, perception, self-concept and established patterns.
You are allowed to care about all of it.
These do not have to exist in separate worlds. My practice reflects that.
Start with what you want to change.
You do not need to know which treatment you need before you contact me. Tell me what is bothering you, and we can begin there.
